All forms are due to the Huron County Extension Office by 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted.  When form due date falls on a weekend, forms are due by 4:30 pm on the next business day.  Forms due in 4-HOnline, FairEntry, and/or via other online submissions are due at 11:59 pm on the due date unless otherwise noted.  As forms are updated and published for the year - the name of the form will change from black text to a teal hyperlink.  Click on the form name to view / download the form. 

January 

• Market Beef Bred, Born, and Raised Form – Due January 15
• State 4-H Horse Advisor's Training Registration - Due January 17th
• Annual Club / Committee Financial Summary Report Form (printable available on request) - Due January 31st
