    Huron County OSU Extension is hosting a Master Gardener Training.  The Training Runs from September 12, 2022 until November 21, 2022.  Mondays from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. There will be two Saturday Field Trips to Sandusky. The cost of the training is $125.00 Trainings will be held at the Huron County Administration Building located at 180 Milan Ave., Norwalk (Classroom is located in the basement)

    The 2022 Huron County Plat Books have arrived.  You can pick yours up in the OSU Extension Office Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost of each book is $20.00 (including tax) Call the office if you would like one mailed to you for a mailing fee.

  8. Aug. 31, 2016 9:00am to 3:00pm

    Ohio Dept. of Ag will be sponsoring a collection for farmers wishiing to dispose of unwanted pesticides from 9 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at the Huron County Fairgrounds, 940 Fair Road, Norwalk. The collection and disposal service is free of charge, but only farm chemicals will be accepted.  Paint, antifreeze, solvents and household or non-farm pesticides will NOT be accepted.
