About Family Nutrition Program
OSU Extension's Family Nutrition Program is funded by a grant throughout the Midwest Region Food and Consumer Service, United States Department of Agriculture. The goal is to help county residents acquire knowledge and skills in the areas of nutrition, money management and food safety. Educational information is distributed through public service announcements, basic food and nutrition demonstrations, newsletters, fact sheets, individual consultations and group educational sessions with displays, using curriculum materials selected for the audience's unique diversity.
